Agnes J. Chang

            Ms. Chang is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. She holds a Juris Doctor from New York Law School as well as Bachelors Degrees in Administration of Justice and Psychology from Rutgers College. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Kim & Cha, LLP, Ms. Chang interned at the Bergen County Probation Division and at Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office Bias Crimes/Community Relations Unit. She also previously worked for the Developmental Disabilities Association of New Jersey. Upon entering the legal profession, she practiced transactional law, representing various sellers, buyers, and banks. Since joining Kim & Cha, Ms. Chang expanded her practice areas to include contract law and business law. 

            Prior to joining Kim & Cha, Ms. Chang was also a bank attorney at GMAC Mortgage Corp., BNY Mortgage Company, LLC, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Countrywide Home Loans, Bank of America, Fremont Investment & Loan, First American Lending Corp., and others.
